ABOUT
Hi, I’m the Pepi Girl.
I started Pepi Health because I wanted a clearer, more practical way to understand peptides — and a safer way for people to navigate a category that is moving very fast.
“I think the better answer is not less information — it’s better information, safer access, and people who know how to advocate for themselves.”
MY POINT OF VIEW
Health is personal. So is what “better” means.
People come to peptides for all kinds of reasons. Maybe you’re recovering from an injury. Maybe you want to build or keep strength, sleep better, support your metabolism, or simply feel more like yourself. My own interest started with wanting to stay active and keep doing the things I love — but Pepi Health isn’t about one age, one goal, or one definition of health.
The peptide world is exciting, but it’s also messy. Some compounds are established medicines. Some are promising but early. Others are being used in a fast-moving gray area where regulation, access, sourcing, and quality are not always easy to understand. Pretending that complexity does not exist does not help anyone.
Pepi Health is here to make that landscape clearer — so you can understand what you’re looking at, ask better questions, weigh the evidence, and make choices with your eyes open.
Better information. Safer access. Stronger self-advocacy.
WHY I BUILT THIS
My story started personally. The mission got bigger.
I became interested in peptides because I wanted to keep doing the things that make me feel like me — tennis, hiking, skiing, yoga, travel, being active, being strong. I wanted to recover better and keep feeling good in my body. That curiosity sent me down a rabbit hole.
What I found was a category that was much harder to navigate than it should be. The science is often buried in dense clinical language. Online, the conversation can swing from breathless promises to blanket warnings. Meanwhile, regulation and access are shifting, and quality can vary enormously depending on where a product comes from.
That gap bothered me. People are already curious. People are already searching. Some are already using peptides. Telling them simply not to ask questions is not a strategy for safety. Giving them clearer information and better ways to evaluate what they are hearing is.
Why I bring a healthcare lens to it
I’ve worked in healthcare for more than 20 years, much of it around healthcare data. I’ve seen how hard it can be for people to get clear answers — and how easy it is to fall through the cracks when the system is busy, fragmented, and reactive. Clinicians matter enormously, but they are also stretched thin. I believe the strongest patients are informed patients: people who ask questions, understand their options, and take an active role in their own care.
WHAT PEPI HEALTH IS HERE TO DO
Make a complicated category easier to navigate.
Explain it plainly
What peptides are, why people are interested in them, and what the science actually says — without requiring a medical degree to follow along.
Separate evidence from enthusiasm
Some peptides have strong clinical data. Others are promising but early. Some claims are mostly anecdotal. Those differences matter.
Acknowledge the gray areas
Regulation, compounding, sourcing, testing, and access are changing quickly. I want to talk about that reality clearly, not pretend it is simple.
Help people advocate for themselves
Not by replacing a clinician, but by helping you walk into those conversations better informed and better prepared to ask the right questions.
THE PEPI GIRL
Think of me as your translator.
I’m not trying to turn everyone into a biohacker or tell you there is one right way to feel better. I’m here to do what I naturally do: dig into the research, follow the regulatory changes, ask a lot of questions, and translate what I learn into something useful for real people.
Recovery might be your goal. Or strength. Sleep. Metabolism. Skin. Performance. Feeling brighter. Your reason is yours. My job is to help you understand the landscape well enough to decide what questions you want to ask next.

I’m not a doctor, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Always talk to a licensed healthcare provider before starting anything new. Pepi Health is an educational platform, and regulatory status varies by compound and can change quickly.
